the quickest way to order? Call us to ask
any questions you may have. Because we schedule
on a first-come, first-served basis, we are unable
to actually confirm your appointment until we receive
your order. We will contact you to schedule your
tour that day.
What is your turnaround time? Your
tour will be ready for posting within 24 hours of
the tour.

What
needs to be done before you arrive? We
email a list prior to the tour so you will know
our routine and what to expect. Most people will
do whatever it takes...they just don't know where
to start.
When
and how do I get my stills? We'll email
them to you resized and rady to go.
How
long is the tour online? One year, unless
you specify less. Tours can be renewed on a yearly
basis.
Can
we include a different-season photo to the tour?
Sure.
Can
you smudge items like signed memorabilia on the
tour? Sure.
What's
your cancellation policy?
Call the day before, should you need to cancel or
reschedule to avoid charges.

How can I help make the process go swiftly?
Give us a call if you've got any questions and to
talk about the timing. Order when you are ready,
and we will contact you to schedule your tour that
day. In a perfect world you'll schedule the tour
to coincide with listing. We'll have the photos
to you the day of the tour to use on MLS, and the
tour link first thing in the morning. We will work
with you to make this a seamless process.
